This place offers spacious and peaceful rooms with a nice bathroom and a lovely terrace.

The units were fairly quiet and clean with a terrace. This hotel offers incredible location close to the train station and the old town, other restaurants and fast food outlets and centre. The staff is best and attentive.

Had a satisfactory breakfast with cereals. It was in a central setting next to trains running all night...

All very clean. No frills but good value for money and a very convenient location for the train station and the city sights. Worries about noise from the trains were unfounded.

The immediate surroundings let this hotel down. The potentially pretty parks around were litter strewn and the outside walls needed a coat of paint. A huge amount of graffitti everywhere - even in the main sight seeing parts of the city.

Good points were a fine breakfast spread, easy walking to main part of Ulm (Munster) and old town restaurants, easy access to train station, and friendly and English speaking owner. Good value at price of room.

Very nice staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. Our room was good, well-equipped, with the clothes of a strong smoker, a modern bathroom, balconies...

The staff was friendly and helpful although only one person could speak English and was busy working in the restuarant. The hotel was close to the Christmas Market, but was a bit difficult to find, you MUST have a GPS to find almost anything in Europe. The breakfast buffet was comparable with good hotels, basic but good.

I was not impressed with the look of the lobby or the rooms. Very outdated and reminded me of college dorm rooms. Hallway pictures were a mix of everything, seeming purchased from flea markets, many having nothing to do with Germany. No German charm here. A good place if you only want a bed to sleep in.

The hotel was gorgeous and functional, and the staff were accommodating, really enjoyed the excellent location not far from Danube river as well as the train station and the old town. The breakfast was great and satisfactory with great meals.

Room was spacious and clean. Location was in easy walking distance of the city center. Had restaurant/bar which was nice to relax and have a glass of wine at the end of our day. Breakfast was very basic. We arrived close to the end of the breakfast time and there was little food left, although the owner did bring out a fresh tray of cheese and cold cuts.

Carpeting throughout the main areas of the hotel are worn. Very close to the train station, had to sleep with windows closed so as not to hear the noise of the passing trains.

Large rooms with balconies and beds for 3 persons. Satisfactory breakfasts. - Marvellous location near the train station, city center, Danube river, and the old center. - Best base for shopping

Location in city large room quiet parking outside front door breakfast get there early as the food goes quickly and not a lot was left at 9-10 am
